Hamish has extensive experience in asset management, corporate advisory, finance and strategy, having successfully led and advised numerous organisations across many sectors, he has a passion for unique and complex businesses.

Hamish enjoys solving complex problems and communicating difficult concepts clearly in actionable ways, often through his industry leading modelling capabilities.

Recent engagements include restructuring, complex commercial analysis, M&A advice and renewal programs for several Tasmanian organisations. Hamish excels in corporate development strategies, financial modelling & analysis, restructuring, and capital raising.

Simon possesses extensive management and consulting experience resulting from his impressive background in leadership, advisory and consulting roles across NFP, government, mining, agriculture, waste management, energy and manufacturing sectors.

An experienced ASX-listed director, COO, and CEO, Simon has led several complex organisations including leading an Agri-science business to become the Tasmanian Exporter of the Year.

As a consultant, Simon has been engaged to advance projects internationally and to facilitate projects domestically on behalf of leading multinationals, including major German, Korean, and Chinese corporations.

In Tasmania, trusted NFPs, local government owned, and private firms have engaged Simon to oversee organisational renewal, project development, and corporate strategy.

Molly has a proven talent translating strategic intent into visual communication that is considered, crafted and effective - grounded in a deep understanding of her audience.

Cameron brings over 15 years of experience across energy, power, and utilities, spanning strategy, asset management, and major project delivery. He provides strategic and technical advisory to clients in complex, capital-intensive environments.

With deep expertise in future energy systems, commercial operations, and regulatory change, he is known for translating strategic vision into tangible outcomes, connecting stakeholders across public and private sectors to deliver practical results.

Cameron's core strengths include renewables and energy transition, asset optimisation and growth, portfolio strategy and risk, and large-scale infrastructure development. He combines a strategic mindset with strong cross-disciplinary influence, unlocking value through integration across engineering, data, commercial strategy, and operational delivery.

Outside his advisory work, Cameron is a serial entrepreneur with a strong interest in property, and continues to contribute to boards and not-for-profits, applying a practical governance lens to initiatives that deliver both commercial and community value.
